ADDA

The Agency for disability and development in Africa (ADDA) Kenya is a registered NGO operating in Kenya since 2011 and works as a catalyst and as a facilitator for change towards inclusion in the existing development sector systems including Education, Health, Social Services and disaster management. This is done in partnerships and collaboration with the National and County Governments, Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society Organizations and Persons with Disabilities and communities

ADDA is a member of Action for Children with Disability Network (ACD), a diverse coalition of civil society organizations, government institutions and individuals and also a member of the Eastern Africa Network on Disability Mainstreaming (EANDM), a network bringing together agencies that promote disability inclusion in six Eastern Africa Countries including Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, South Sudan and Ethiopia.

An inclusive society for all where every person feels a sense of belonging and is able to contribute to their fullest potential regardless of their background, disability or special need.

To enhance the potential of children, youths and adults with disability and to celebrate their diversity and economic/social empowerment, and advocate for their inclusion and participation in mainstream sustainable development
